Anticipating Congregational & Missional Team Conflicts
This workshops will introduce the idea of value conflicts that may result from increasing diversity with the church body. Presenter will address issues related to APEPT value conflicts and some possible solutions for avoiding and resolving these issues.

What you will learn in this workshop
1. You will learn the definition of value conflict and it's relation to ministry.
2. That your community and your congregation is culturally diverse spiritually and culturally with diffrerences in core values.
3. That understanding value orientations is foundational to understanding cultural differences, fundamental beliefs of individuals both within the body and outside of the body.
4. That value conflicts makes it necessary for churches to develop a missional response to value conflicts .
