A discussion of the various administrative roles and functions needed to oversee the implementation of goals, objectives, processes, projects and action items under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The participants will learn how to tie processes, projects and action items to their missional philosophy in order to implement their mission and vision. The training will include a range of administrative processes including such topics as creating missional awareness within the congregation, recruiting missional ministry participants, equipping missional leaders, empowering new ministry development, and providing ongoing support for the development of contextual ministries.
