MR5-4A:  Faith Development and Spirituality Types

Fostering Contextual Spiritual Formation 

This informative workshop will evaluate some theories in stages of faith development important to the pastoral shepherding role in the church.  Continuing with the focus on faith development, the presenter will also explain four spirituality types in the missional congregation.  An understanding of these four types of spirituality will be an invaluable resource for responding to the needs of individuals and fostering a ministry that is contextual.

2.   Learn about the spirituality types in the missional congregation.

3.  Discuss the spirituality types in relation to orientation by generation.
