Guiding Others in Spiritual Discipleship
This workshop discusses the important personal characteristics that are needed in the life of the pastorally gifted in order to be effective in guiding others in spiritual discipleship. The source of the shepherd's power will be discussed as well as the multiplication environment. Presenter will discuss a number of important spiritual decisions in the life of a each believer. The workshop will discuss how the pastoral role should engage in encouraging those believers to make these important spiritual decisions.
