in the Old Testament
Teaching skills & functions in the Old Testament
This workshop is rich in that it provides a wealth of scriptural background for a theology of the teaching role from an Old Testament perspective. Participants will gain and understanding of God's role as educator, Christ's role as examplar, and the Holy Spirit as tutor. The Old Testament offices and teaching functions will also be discussed including some interesting topics from the wisdom passages about teaching skills and arts, and teaching proverbs, riddles, and essays.

2. Examine Old Testament scriptures concerning God and the Holy Spirit's ministry related to the teaching role.
