Implications of Self-Identity

Key concepts of self-identity that relate to common challenges often experienced with those in ministry and missional leadership. Discussion will include five dimensions of self-identity which influence the extent to which one identifies with people in the community, church, or leadership group.  Application will be made to the participants personal missional role by the completion of a missional role assessment.
