Peoples, Place, Presence
Theology for Biblical Mission of God and the Christian's Commission
This workshop gives an in depth look with interpretations and conclusions of the Biblical theology of peoples and people groups, aspects of God's missional covenant, and the message, and mission of Israel. The role of people group in the ministry of Paul, and Paul's understanding of people group including Luke's account of Paul's commission will be discussed. The significance, biblical histories, central themes, landed experiences regarding "place" in which God acts will be discussed. The workshop will conclude with the theology of "presence" in regards to sin, networks, and the Christian's mission to be salt and light.
