Case Study in Philosophy Management

Relating Ministry Philosophy & Missional Practice

A case study in missional ministry in the community will be presented as a basis for discerning the “ministry philosophy modules” that undergird missional practice.  Aspects of the case study will be evaluated to discover “what went right” and “what went wrong” in terms of implementing ministry philosophy.

  

Workshop Objectives

1.   You and other participants will have an opportunity to discuss the administration of an expanding ministry scenario case and the corrections in implementation to that case.       

2.  You will understand some of the basic logistics of ministry projects. 

3.  You will evaluate the need for follow up with a volunteer upon stepping down from serving. 

4.  You will have the opportunity to discuss and evaluate the problems in the case study.

5.  You will learn key diagnostic questions, strategy components, and application for strategic ministry development and linking to philosophical foundations.
