IM3: Seminar Description

This seminar is a dynamic exercise in setting the stage for fieldwork within the cultural community context.  Participants will begin with a look at connections and socio-group patterns and chart out a course for personal cultural compentency.  An in depth look at questions concerning worldview assumptions as well as some related ethical issues involved in sharing the gospel will be discussed.  Interactive group activities using case stories will prepare the participant for ethnographic field observation and informal interviewing experience with people who are culturally different.
